Removing your Account from the Gmail App on iPads

This guide will walk you through the process of removing your dslextreme.com email account from the Gmail Application on an Apple iPad.

If you are using an iPhone, please use the following guide because the instructions are a little different:

Step 1. Open the Gmail application

Step 2. In the left column, click on the account settings button (cog wheel and pawn icon)

Step 3. In the Accounts screen, click on Edit in the top right

Step 4. In the Edit pane click on Remove next to your @dslextreme.com account.

  • You will be prompted to confirm, click on Remove to finish.

You're done!

Switching to the Email Application


Once you have disassociated your account from Gmail, you must complete the steps for setting up the Email App. The following guide will walk you through that process:
