Mail Order Information for Sleeping Beauty Castle

The mail order date for Sleeping Beauty Castle is December 2. If you don't plan to attend the Olszewski signing event December 14, you can order one through DeliverEars. Call 800-362-4533.

Several hundreds Castles will be available for the signing. Those not sold at the Event will be sold to the waiting list, first come, first serve. Collectors not getting a Castle from this first shipment will have to wait for the next shipment.

Disneyland Merchandise Marketing will send out thousands of brochures about the Olszewski Event to those on the Disneyland Merchandise mailing list. If you are on the list, you should be getting a brochure the week after Thanksgiving. If you don't get one by December 5, call DeliverEars.

Late Breaking News on Sleeping Beauty Castle

The official issue price of the Sleeping Beauty Castle is $195. The next large piece in the collection will be the Hub with the Partners statue. Disneyland Merchandise has a schedule of the pieces for the Disneyland Village from now to 2005, the 50th Anniversary of Disneyland.

During a recent event in Pennsylvania, collectors a large crowd of collectors by a slide show on the Sleeping Beauty Castle. They want to get the Castle. So not only on the West Coast, but East Coast fans are anticipating the release of the Castle.

Remake of "Ever After"

In November of 2001, Olszewski announced that the cameo Ever After would be temporarily discontinued so that they can remake the master mold. With the old version, the arm of Snow White was position incorrectly. Artistians at the Studios had to cut off the arm of Snow White, repositioned it, reglued it back on, and repainted. New pieces of Ever After are coning into the stores. These new pieces do not have to be reworked. Wonder if there is a difference?

International News

Storytime expands into Europe. While at an Event in Colorado, a dealer told Bob Olszewski that he sells quick a bit of Storytime cameos to England. So, while there no official dealers in England, collectors there are collecting these wonderful miniatures.

Olszewski Fall Releases

Stuck - is a brand new cameo from Peter Pan. It shows Tinkerbell stock in the keyhole. It can be view from the front and the back. Issue price is $95. Price is $95. This cameo arrived at the stores in November.

A Spell is Cast - is the new cameo from Sleeping Beauty. It shows Maleficent raises her scepter and casts a spell. Auora is in a deep sleep below her. Issue price is $185. Issue date is December.

The Dress Surprise - is a new cameo from Cinderella. It shows Cinderella's first dress before the Stepsisters tore it. It has lots of birds flying and mice making the dress. Issue price is $185. Release date is November.

Scarecrow Don't Talk - is the first Wizard of Oz cameo. The cameo shows the Scarecrow giving direction to Dorothy and pointing to the yellow brick row. If you look at the background, you can see the Yellow Brick Road going off into the forest. The perspective is such that you can "see" 200 yards back. Issue price is $195. This cameo arrived at the store in November.

The Tin Man's Heart - is a new cameo from Wizard of Oz. It shows Tin Man with Dorothy, Scarecrow, and Toto. Issue price is $95. Release date is November.
