    Currently AND SINCE JUNE of 2000, Mr. Calvin Hunt and Mr. Robert Jensen, heading a company named LAKELAND MILLS, INC. of Edmore, Michigan, are knowingly deliberately STILL manufacturing AND DISTRIBUTING repetitively FAILING, LIFE-ENDANGERING, injury-causing, very dangerous, hazardous, unsafe products.  This has been a continuously ongoing problem, but just recently (March 04, 2002) recurred and now I'm no longer putting up with their BULLSHIT EXCUSES AND OUTRIGHT LIES about their products "being safe".

    MOST OF THE INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE REGARDING LAKELAND MILLS, INC. IS NOT MY OPINION:  MOST OF THE INFORMATION, HEREIN, IS FACTUAL (and some of it is -- of course -- my "gripes", or opinions or CONCERNS) AND AS SUCH, Lakeland Mills, Inc. and Mr. Hunt and Mr. Jensen can only rebut it by manufacturing products that are NON-FAILING, NON-LIFE-ENDANGERING, NON-INJURY-CAUSING, and SAFE (just ask their attorneys).  I can "LEGALLY" (because the legal precept that "THE TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE" applies in this matter and the GRAPHIC PHOTOS included, below, show some TRUTHS about Lakeland Mills' repetitively FAILING, LIFE-ENDANGERING, injury-causing, very dangerous, hazardous products) continue (FOREVER, if necessary) to inform or attempt to inform concerned others about these matters until such time as Lakeland Mills, Inc. CORRECTS their problems with their repetitively FAILING, LIFE-ENDANGERING, injury-causing, very dangerous, hazardous, unsafe products (and "corrects" their uncaring attitudes about their customers' safety).  So far, Mr. Hunt and Mr. Jensen refuse to do anything about their repetitively FAILING, LIFE-ENDANGERING, injury-causing, very dangerous, hazardous, unsafe products except to offer further repetitively FAILING, LIFE-ENDANGERING, injury-causing, very dangerous, hazardous, unsafe product replacement parts (replacement of the FAILED, life-endangering parts with similarly repetitively FAILING, LIFE-ENDANGERING, injury-causing, very dangerous, hazardous, unsafe product parts).

    In other words, "legally" they can do very little about me SCREAMIN' about their FAILING, LIFE-ENDANGERING, injury-causing, very dangerous, hazardous, unsafe products as long as I "stick to the TRUTH" about MY EXPERIENCES with them and their failing product(s) except to:

• STOP manufacturing & distributing their FAILING, LIFE-ENDANGERING, injury-causing, very dangerous, hazardous, unsafe products.
• RECALL and REPLACE each and every one of their likewise similarly defective products and/or
  •  REPLACE each and every FAILING, LIFE-ENDANGERING, injury-causing, very dangerous, hazardous, unsafe part with a part that won�t FAIL.
• PAY "DAMAGES" to those persons or entities their FAILING, LIFE-ENDANGERING, injury-causing, very dangerous, hazardous, unsafe products have caused harm to, including any losses to stockholders, distributors, or subsidiary companies to these or other entities that may be related to the matter of Lakeland Mills, Inc.'s FAILING, LIFE-ENDANGERING, injury-causing, very dangerous, hazardous, unsafe products and/or their unwillingness to CORRECT their products.

    Interested others are encouraged to do likewise, as the more "reporting" that is done regarding this abominable behavior by Lakeland Mills, Inc. and its proven uncaring and possibly CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT company "leaders", Mr. Hunt and Mr. Jensen, the greater the chance of them possibly being convinced that the safety of their customers is more important than the few cents extra it might cost them to make their products safer and/or to repair the FAILING, LIFE-ENDANGERING, injury-causing, very dangerous, hazardous, unsafe products they have already distributed WORLDWIDE.

    ** ANY OTHERS INTERESTED IN A POSSIBLE "CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT" AGAINST LAKELAND MILLS, INC. for their demonstration of their abominable unconcern for the safety of their customers OR, ANYBODY WHO WAS INJURED IN ANY WAY BY ANY LAKELAND MILLS, INC. PRODUCT -- EVER -- IS URGED TO CONTACT ME, ACCORDINGLY SO THAT WE MAY GET TOGETHER AND DECIDE ON HOW TO BEST PREVENT LAKELAND MILLS, INC. FROM CONTINUING DISSEMINATION OF THEIR INJURY-CAUSING, UNSAFE, FAILING, POORLY-ENGINEERED OR DESIGNED, VERY DANGEROUS, HAZARDOUS PRODUCTS AND JEOPARDIZING OTHER INNOCENT PEOPLE, THEIR FAMILIES -- ESPECIALLY THE CHILDREN.   ANY ATTORNEYS LOOKING FOR "HARD EVIDENCE" AGAINST LAKELAND MILLS, INC. ARE ALSO URGED TO CONTACT ME, ACCORDINGLY, AS I SEEM TO HAVE AN ABUNDANCE OF IT -- INCLUDING LAKELAND MILLS' MR. CALVIN HUNT AND MR. ROBERT JENSEN'S DENIALS AND THEIR INSISTENCE THAT THEIR PRODUCTS ARE "SAFE" DESPITE PHYSICAL PROOF OF THE CONTRARY AND THEIR REFUSALS TO CONDUCT INDEPENDENT DYNAMIC FAILURE ANALYSIS TESTING OF THEIR PRODUCTS -- ESPECIALLY THOSE PRODUCTS THEY HAVE KNOWN FOR SOME TIME HAVE BEEN FAILING REPETITIVELY -- AT AN INDEPENDENT DYNAMIC FAILURE ANALYSIS TESTING LABORATORY, SUCH AS KNOTT LABORATORY IN DENVER, COLORADO.  IF MR. HUNT AND MR. JENSEN WERE TRULY CONVINCED THAT THEIR PRODUCTS WERE SAFE, THEY WOULD INSIST ON INDEPENDENT DYNAMIC FAILURE ANALYSIS TESTING.

   I GUESS NOT "ENOUGH" CHILDREN HAVE BEEN KILLED BY LAKELAND MILLS' PRODUCTS -- WELL, MR. HUNT AND MR. JENSEN, I'LL POST YOUR REPLIES TO THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS HERE ON THIS SITE:

    2.)  "HOW MANY CHILDREN MUST DIE BEFORE YOU MAKE A PRODUCT THAT WON'T FAIL UNDER 'NORMAL USE' or WARN THE INNOCENT, UNSUSPECTING people who already purchased your known defective, injury-causing products that they or their loved ones or friends -- especially INNOCENT BABIES -- may be seriously injured or even HORRIBLY CRUSHED to DEATH by your known defective product(s)?"

    3.)  I ALREADY KNOW THAT YOU REFER "INJURY AND DEATH MATTERS" TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY (WHO HAVE ALSO PROVEN THEMSELVES TO ME AS SEEMING LIKE A BUNCH OF UNCARING, GREED-MONGERS AS WELL), INSTEAD OF ACTUALLY MAKING YOUR KNOWN UNSAFE PRODUCTS SAFE.  SO, MY QUESTION TO YOU IS:  "WHY SHOULD EVEN ONE CHILD GET INJURED, EVEN ONE PERSON HAVE TO QUITE POSSIBLY ENDURE ONE MINUTE OR A LIFETIME OF SUFFERING CAUSED BY YOUR KNOWN (FOR A LONG TIME, NOW) DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S), WHEN YOU KNOW RIGHT NOW AND HAVE KNOWN (FROM ME, AT LEAST) SINCE JUNE OF 2000 THAT CERTAIN OF YOUR PRODUCTS ARE UNSAFE, CAUSE INJURY, CAN CAUSE INJURY OR EVEN DEATH, ARE DANGEROUS OR HAZARDOUS, AND WHEN YOU'RE GIVEN THE DETAILS OF SUCH, PROMPTLY DENY, THEN WHEN GIVEN THE PROOF, *** IGNORE *** THESE FACTS AND CONCERNS, "PASS THEM OFF" TO YOUR INSURANCE CARRIER, WHILE CONTINUING MANUFACTURE AND DISSEMINATION OF YOUR KNOWN DEFECTIVE, UNSAFE, INJURY-CAUSING PRODUCTS AND DO "BUSINESS AS USUAL" AS IF NOTHING IS WRONG OR AS IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE SLIGHTEST CONCERN OR CARE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS OR THEIR FAMILIES OR THEIR CHILDREN AND INJURIES, PAIN, OR DEATH YOU OR YOUR REPETITIVELY FAILING, DEFECTIVE, UNSAFE, ETC. PRODUCTS MAY CAUSE THEM?"

    4.)  "HOW MANY BABIES GETTING HORRIBLY, VIOLENTLY CRUSHED OR INJURED SIMILAR TO THIS POOR WOMAN (below) -- so horrible, in fact, that I have deliberately blurred the actual picture (below) because it gave me NIGHTMARES MUCH LIKE THE DEPICTION, BELOW, thinking that such a thing could very realistically be similar to what would happen to an INNOCENT, UNSUSPECTING baby possibly crushed by a defective Lakeland Mills, Inc. product --  who apparently got horribly and violently crushed -- apparently by a train or other large object apparently much larger than she, MUST WE ENDURE BEFORE LAKELAND MILLS, INC. AND MR. CALVIN HUNT AND / OR MR. ROBERT JENSEN "FEEL BAD ENOUGH" TO ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING TO EITHER REPAIR, REPLACE, AND CEASE DISSEMINATING THEIR KNOWN DEFECTIVE, UNSAFE, INJURY-CAUSING PRODUCTS?  Is one dead baby enough?  How about two?  Three?  In your March 19, 2002 letter to me, you mentioned that you have sold "thousands of (these) units" ... if each one of these units also have the repetitively failing, defective, unsafe hardware DEPICTED in the communications sent to you -- my March 11, 2002 letter (a copy which is included, below, in a .PDF file that can be DOWNLOADED by those interested others who may also be concerned about these matters and the safety of Lakeland Mills customers and their families and children) -- must each one of these "thousands of units" result in the DEATH or serious injury of an innocent person or child before you correct your defective products and offer repair or replacement of those "thousands of units" already sold with products that WILL NOT FAIL as mine repetitively did?": 

    Costco, Inc. is one of Lakeland Mills' major WORLDWIDE DISTRIBUTORS and a distributor of a Lakeland Mills, Inc. product having the same or similar repetitively FAILING, LIFE-ENDANGERING, injury-causing, very dangerous, hazardous, unsafe defective hardware.  That product (Lakeland Mills Model #CF 1128 and Costco ITEM #371808) is even on Costco's website at the "LAKELAND MILLS CEDAR LOG SWING" link on the Costco website page at:
