Supplier Surcharge Recovery

Effective July 1, 2008, the Supplier Surcharge Recovery will increase by 95 cents per month for all clients, due to increased network and supplier charges and related operating costs.  The new Supplier Surcharge Recovery amount will be $2.88.

Common Questions regarding this issue:

What is the Supplier Surcharge?

The Supplier Surcharge is comprised of Federal Universal Service Fund recovery fees that are still charged on core components within the DSLExtreme network as well as a supplier imposed surcharge which is not a tax or government imposed fee.
