Setup a Blackberry Device with your Hosted Exchange Account
Important: Please understand that wiping your blackberry erases all stored data on your device. If you have any information  which you don’t want to lose (pictures or music,) we recommend you back it up before following any of the steps outline below.
 
1. Start to wipe your existing blackberry data. Follow these steps:

A. Go to  Options
                             
B. Go to Security Options


C. Select General Settings


D. Hit menu key and select Wipe Handheld.


E. Select “continue.”


F. Enter “blackberry” to continue and wipe:


2. Once your phone is up, follow these steps to activate:

A. Click “Enterprise Activation” Icon on the main menu. If can’t see that icon, you can access it by going to Options >> Advanced Options >> Enterprise Activation.


B. Enter your full email address and the one-time activation password provided and then click the trackwheel and select “Activate.”


C. Allow several minutes for your blackberry to activate and download your emails, calendar entries, addressbook, memos, etc.
