Setting up External Contacts in Exchange  

Login to the Control Panel using the Admin login. 
 
 
 
Click on “Exchange” then “Contacts”

 
 
Click on “New Contact”
 


 
Fill out all the required information. This is the info marked with a red * before the text field. Click “Save”.
Then you should be able to add this contact to a distribution list.
