How to Set Up Microsoft Entourage to Connect to Our Hosted Exchange
 
NOTE: Customers using versions earlier than 11.2.1 may experience limited functionality.
 
Navigate to http://ems1.dslextreme.net and login using your full username (user@domain.com) and password.  Click “Continue” if you see a security warning.  Navigate to the “Exchange Summary” page and note your OMA username, you will need it later. 
 


 
Open MS Entourage, and Select account settings, as shown in the picture below.
 


 
 
Select “New Exchange Account”, as shown in the picture below:
 


 
Select “configure account manually” and fill in the appropriate information.  Account name is whatever you want the name to be.  Name and Email address should be filled out with the correct information.  Account ID is the OMA username you noted earlier.  Domain is DSLXNET.  Password is whatever your password has been set as.  Exchange server is https://owa.dslextreme.net.  Make sure that “This DAV service requires a secure connection (SSL)” is checked. 
 


 
 
Then click on the “Advanced” tab and fill out “Public folders server” with https://owa.dslextreme.net.  Make sure that the “This DAV service requires a secure connection (SSL)” is checked.  Fill out the LDAP server as https://owa.dslextreme.net
 


 
Click “Ok” and your account should be properly configured for access to our Hosted Exchange service.
