Configure Email Archiving for Global Relay Archiving Service  

1. Open up your web browswer and go to https://ems1.dslextreme.net

2. Login with your admin email address and password.

3. Click on User Management --> Users. Click on the user you wish to enable archving and select Services

4. Click on Hosted Exchange and change the Service Access Level from the current size to the Archive size. In the example below we are selecting '1 GB - Archive' since this user previously had 1 GB.



5. Click Provision. The status color will change to orange and once it changes back to green the operation is complete.

6. Repeat steps 3-5 for all users that need to be setup for archving.
