Adding a Mailbox (Setup New User) to your Exchange account  

1. Log on to https://ems1.dslextreme.net as admin@yourdomain.com
2. Expand User Management from the top menu --> New User
3. Enter the information asked in the required fields. It is recommended that you do not change the User ID entry which is automatically completed when you enter the UPN.
4. Expand Email Addresses and click Add. Enter the name of the email address and click Update. It is recomonded to set the name to the same as the username in Step 1. Additional email address names can also be set from this menu. Click Provision
5. On the next screen click on Hosted Exchange 2007. Select a Service Access Level and Click Provision.
Please take note of the additional advanced options when provisioning Hosted Exchange. Options such as Distribution Group membership and reply to address can be set here.
6. The mailbox is ready for use.
