If you've found this page, you probably need no introduction to the Groupies, but you'll appreciate the introduction they get from Kim Fowley. This recording was made at a live performance on the beach in the summer of 1967. The mp3 was made from a cassette that only has some of the songs, the master tape with the entire set is in the hands of Sundazed Music, a very cool reissue label in Coxsackie, New York. They're planning on releasing a Groupies CD in 2005, so watch the Sundazed web site.
